I went to yoga class this morning. After over 7 months. I reacquainted with my breath. Spring-clean the mind & spirit through gentle awareness & understanding.
A glass of lemonade and a whole relationship dynamic in one swallow. It’s all ice shards and acid.
How do you cope with the pain of being overlooked, of being forgotten, of being seen but not as who you are, of being misunderstood, of being forced into mental cages, of being nothing more but a screen on which other people’s projections land? You don’t. You let that part…
Lately I’ve been feeling like I’ve been too tame and safe, not done enough in my years to have a life I can be proud of.
Who are you when there isn’t anyone around to recognise you? Do you know this person?
It goes nowhere Ideasmith, just nowhere and that indifference just psyches us out.
@rads: We must believe that it does. After all, what choice have we?
It’ll pass. I tell that to myself all the time.
So since I say it often enough, does that mean it really does pass?
