A Special Date
I haven’t seen you in awhile.
he said.
I’ve been waiting.
I murmured.
You’re sure about this, right?
he asked in some trepidation, reacting perhaps to some hidden uncertainty in my voice.
I trust you completely.
I dimpled back. And closed my eyes. His hands moved gently.
An hour later we were done. I stood up and told him,
You’re the best, you know?
He just smiled.
He’s modest but creative, my hair-stylist. 😉
And as I walked out of the door, his last words were,
I really like you. You give me all the freedom I want and it makes me put my heart into my work!!!
So I’m now wearing a man’s heart…not on my sleeve….but woven into my crowning glory!! 😀
Well I hope he does the same to me. 😉
@ Sakshi: He will! I put in a special mention for your appointment…this is one time that I don’t mind sharing my man!!! 😀
: )
I never knew one gets paid for doing that 😉
thank god it was hair. otherwise one hour only, and i was going to tell you to move on.. and fast!!!
I can so totally relate…….my stylist Shane is so……oooooo awesome…….I have such a big crush on him that’s besides the fact that he gave me such a good style……complete make over……now the problem is that he has apparently moved to another salon and charges double his fees (which were as it is steep)………);
This was nice 🙂
Lol…. 😀
@ Rambler: Some men are smart. 😉
@ wild_horses: 😀 We aim to surprise!
@ Chrissy: Really? You too??? I know the feeling. Can introduce you to my man if you’re ever in my city.
@ Dusty, Prasoon, greekalphabet: Thengyu! 😀
